Crisis Foster Care - Coming Soon
Sometimes circumstances such as homelessness, addiction, mental health concerns and more force individuals to surrender their pets in order to get back on their feet. Due to this, we offer a short-term crisis foster program for clients in need so that they do not have to relinquish their four legged friends to shelters and that they may be reunited once again with the support they need to stay together for good.
Social Services
In the Charleston area, there are plentiful resources for people (and their pets) in need, however, it can be quite hard to find these supports and even harder to know how to access them without assistance from a social worker or social services professional. Our staff will work tirelessly to assist you in locating and utilizing these resources so that you have all that you need to be your best self, for you and your furry friend, once again.
Our Social Service program is also required for all individuals enrolled in crisis foster care in order to ensure that the circumstances that required foster support, can be mitigated before crisis arises again.
